Vancouver-Rocky Mountaineer-Kamloops

Start your morning bright and early with breakfast in the hotel before boarding Rocky Mountaineer in the morning for your breathtaking trail journey towards Kamloops. Your journey starts gently, moving through the farmland of the Fraser Valley and rolling hills of the Coast Mountains. As you gain altitude in to interior BC, the train will slow for a chance for you to fully appreciate Hell’s Gate, a narrow canyon where the volume of water rushing through is about three times greater than Niagara Falls! At the midway point of our railway journey, the river valley remains lush and green while sagebrush covers the surrounding desert-like hills. Here, you arrive in Kamloops for your overnight stay in a hotel.

Kamloops-Rocky Mountaineer-Jasper

After spending the night in your charming Kamloops hotel, prepare for morning departure to the remainder of your journey to Jasper. Follow the North Thompson River, past Pyramid Falls, continuing on to the Yellowhead Pass. Passing Mount Robson, you will be in the alpine town of Jasper, Alberta, just in time to enjoy dinner before resting for the night.

Jasper-Icefield-Banff

After breakfast in the hotel, travel south in preparation of your Glacier Adventure, including a journey on the specially designed Ice Explorer and Glacier Skywalk. On board the Ice Explorer, travel on the surface of Athabasca Glacier, stopping along the glacier where you can walk on the ice and fill your water bottle with the freshest glacier water. Afterwards, enjoy a thrilling trek on the Glacier Skywalk, where glass is all that separates you from a 918ft drop. After your exhilarating Glacier Adventure, return back to the hotel for rest.

Banff-Yoho-Lake Louise

Enjoy breakfast in the hotel, then check-out and go for a Banff city tour, where you will take the Banff Gondola up Sulphur Mountain, with unsurpassed views of Banff and the Bow Valley. Visit Bow Falls, a major waterfall on the Bow Rivers. Afterwards, proceed to Yoho National Park. Stop to admire the beautiful turquoise colour of Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge overlooking Kicking Horse River. See the Spiral Tunnels, the amazing route built during construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Afterwards, continue to the Jewel of the Rockies, Lake Louise, for an amazing dinner and overnight stay at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise*.
